Melter Hotel & Apartments has 53 rooms und serviced apartments in five categories. In each of them you‘ll find real wood flooring, a lounge and a stylish workspace. All apartments are equipped with a kitchenette, including a hob, fridge and Nespresso coffee machine with hot water function.

Studio Room
The Studio Room is our classic for short-term stays. With an area of 19–24 m² you’ll find everything you need. The room is equipped with a king or queen size bed. When you turn out the light in this atmospheric room, you’ll put your head on the pillow in the sure knowledge that you’ve found just the right hotel for you.
Comfort Apartment
The Comfort Apartment is suitable for longer stays too. With a nice 24–39 m² of space, it has a king size bed – and in some cases a French balcony. This apartment is our all-rounder; it’s already given guests from right across the world that special home-from-home feel, from the US to Israel and Australia.
Superior Apartment
With its 36–43 m² of space, the Superior Apartment has plenty of room for a quality stay. There’s a king size bed, and some apartments have a French balcony. Whether they‘re designers, consultants or sophisticated city lovers, this apartment makes our guests‘ eyes light up again and again.
Superior Apartment Twin
A great choice for friends, colleagues and companions of all kinds. Two separate single beds and 42 – 44 m² of space make this the perfect base for business trips or fun days out in our lively Neighborhood.
Deluxe Apartment
The generously proportioned Deluxe Apartment, with its 55–68 m² of space, has the feel of an ultra-chic urban residence. As well as a king size bed there’s also a sofabed – making it suitable for three people to stay. The only problem with this apartment is: unfortunately you can’t stay forever.
